About Us
Perpetual Change is about advocacy; advocacy for those who do not have a loud voice.
In 2006, we committed faithfully to the adoption of a child to grow our family. This journey united us with our incredible son Leul in March of 2008. Leul was born in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Our family is happy to announce we are currently waiting anxiously to bring home our daughter in the summer of 2009 from Ethiopia as well. Jeff is a Firefighter in his professional life and dabbles in everything else in his spare time. Bethany holds a degree in Social and Behavioral Science from Linfield University and is currently enjoying being a full time mom. We both have a passion for life and zeal to care for those less fortunate. Together we are eternally tied to Africa.
We both feel an advocacy through Perpetual Change and are excited to see it grow into something more than what is seen on this site. We ask you to stay tuned for future growth. We both endure minds and hearts that are so full of energy and ideas. Join us as we begin to set free our thoughts and put them into motion!
