I would like to start this post first, with a large public apology from Perpetual Change for the overall lack in communication set out to the public about projects and progress that has happened in the states and in Ethiopia. This is necessary as YOU are a large part in the growth and steps that have taken place.
I will assure you Perpetual Change is very much alive and active in the states as well as in Ethiopia. As some of you may understand the level of difficulty of starting a NPO and an NGO and let alone getting it up and running is a challenge. Working with another Government a world apart is also slow going, but in reality we are cruzing. We have a very, VERY, determined team on site in Ethiopia as well as here in the States. The “Grand Opening” of our office in Ethiopia is just weeks away and we couldn’t be more elated.
I want to take a moment and capture what YOU together with Perpetual Change have accomplished thus far.

August 2009:
Immediately after arriving back home from Ethiopia Perpetual Change sent out an urgent requesting for Be’eminet Orphanage. To read more about this you can Click Here, Here, and Here. This video was also created to help bring understanding of the dire situations these children face.
After much motivation along with a private matching donor, You together with Perpetual Change, raised just over 3,000.00 USD. Today I have pictures showing where the urgent funding went and how it has impacted the lives of these children.
Beds: 1 mattress, sheet set, pillow, and blanket were purchased and delivered for each child.
Wood: wood to build the bunk bed frames and have them built on site.

Our employee in Ethiopia speaking and listening to the children at Be'Eminet. Funding also provided for each child to have closed toe shoes during this winter season, which can be seen from this picture as well!

September 2009:
The New Years in Ethiopia is a largely celebrated tradition with wonderful food, family, friends, singing, and dancing. Perpetual Change was able to purchase a Goat and a Sheep for the New Years and deliver these animals again, to the Be’Eminet Orphanage. Perpetual Change in Ethiopia, Celebrated and Captured a couple pictures of this wonderful occasion.

(Note: On the wall is art work done by the children. It was a project lead by our team in Ethiopia with the children as a thank you for all giving thus far).
October 2009:
Perpetual Change partnered with Bridge City Guild and held the First Annual Golf Tournament “Swing 4 Change.” On a very short notice we had a great turnout and rose just close to 1,000.00 USD. It was a lot of fun. Perpetual Change partnered with Bridge City Guild is currently in the plans for next year’s!! Here are some Pictures from “Swing 4 Change 2009.”

Perpetual Change is amazed everyday by the commitment and connection of people around the world. Also in October, Barbara and Kelly who live in Scotland committed to running a 10K and raising funds to support the Children of Be’Eminet Orphanage. These women’s commitment, motivation, and drive, turned into MUCH success. They completed their race, had fun, and raised just over 800.00 USD. Here are some pictures: (Congrats Barbara and Kelly!!).

The Youth at St. Edwards Church Located in Keizer, OR are also on a mission to make a Perpetual Change. The youth are asked to perpetually bring in loose change and or any earnings to a large jug to help the Children in Ethiopia that Perpetual Change are connected to. Their motto: Doing something “perpetually” to make a Perpetual Change!!
Leslie, a friend of Perpetual Change, along with her family and friends began a large project and are still working away. They have committed to making blankets for Children in Ethiopia that will be (many already are) donated to Perpetual Change to take over on our next trip. Shipping to and from States/Ethiopia is very costly, so we are so excited to take over a large amount at once for the children to have during the next winter season.

Shirts, Shirts, Shirts. Perpetual Change is still selling shirts! 100% of the proceeds give back to the Children in Ethiopia. Thank you to, “YOU” for purchasing and supporting.
Perpetual Change is greatful and Thankful to al the support that has been gifted by each and every one of YOU!! Perpetual Chages are happening worlds apart and we couldn't be more excited to see this movement take place!
Sincerely,
Perpetual Change
